When the author completes the registration with notification of the paper number that he/she covers, “Paper Submission Key” is issued on your user account.
This Paper submission key will be required to input to submit a full paper.
If the author applies for the “Second Paper Fee”, 2 Submission keys are issued.
One key can be used for one paper only.
Keys can be used only for the papers that are authored by the registrant.
Each person can apply for only one “Second Paper Fee.”
If you would like to submit 3 or more papers, please register twice. Please add a letter, “2”, at the end of your last name on the registration form second time. (e.g. Smith 2)
Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made by one of the following methods:

For your information, the following paying bank's charges are required in Japan: Remittance charge (always required): approx. JPY 1,500 Lifting charge (depending on your bank): approx. JPY 2,500
- If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
- If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.
If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

If you would like to change your registration category and payment method, please contact the Registration Office.
If you cancel your participation in the conference, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the conference proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded.

The refund will be made via the credit card company which you have used at the registration.
All refunds will be made after the conference.
