Final Manuscript Submission
Authors of the accepted summary are required to submit a final manuscript not exceeding eight pages in length for publication in the USB Conference Proceedings together with registration and payment of required fee.
To submit the final manuscript, below steps are required;

Template of the Final Manuscript
The templates of the IPEC-Niigata 2018 -ECCE ASIA- final manuscript provide a detailed description of paper preparation. Please read it carefully and write the manuscript according to this guideline.
Step1 : IEEE PDF eXpress
Once the final manuscript is ready to submit, authors must create a PDF file according to the
IEEE PDF eXpress.
All submissions MUST be IEEE Explore compliant and the only way to insure this is to use IEEE PDF eXpress.

You will need the Conference ID: < 40317X >
Step2 : Registration and Paper Submission Key
One of the authors for the final manuscript is needed to complete
his/her registration.
Once registration is completed,
Paper Submission Key is issued and informed by e-mail.
One Submission Key is required for each final manuscript submission.

Step3 : Copyright Transfer Agreement
Authors are required to read and understand the IPEC-Niigata 2018 Copyright Transfer Agreement to transfer the copyright to the IEEJ.
The details of agreement can be confirmed in the system of Final Manuscript Submission (Step 4).
Step4 : Final Manuscript Submission
On-line submission only. Neither fax nor e-mail submission will be accepted.

- ID (which was used in the Extended Summary Submission)
- Password (which was used in the Extended Summary Submission)
- Event ID (which was used in the Extended Summary Submission)
- Paper Submission Key (which is issed after registration)
* The presenting author who meets the following requirements is required to upload the copy of Student ID Card.
- Undergraduate or graduate student (not belong to the company)
- 35 years old or under
Presentation
Accepted authors must present their papers either orally or as a poster. Several rooms will be reserved for both styles. Each speaker will have 20-30 minutes for oral presentation or 90 mins for a poster. The authors' instructions will include details for presentation styles.
Publication
The submitted final manuscript will be published in the USB Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
If the final manuscript was not presented at the conference, it will NOT be included in IEEE Xplore.
We encourage you to submit your paper to IEEJ journal of industry applications, IEEE Transactions on power electronics, or IEEE Transactions on industry applications.
Special Issue in IEEJ JIA:
The authors of conference papers presented at IPEC2018 have the opportunity to submit their manuscripts to IEEJ Journal of Industry Applications for possible publication. Special Issue on "IPEC-Niigata 2018" of IEEJ Journal of Industry Applications is also planned. (Please refer to the [Call for Papers].) All submitted manuscripts will be subject to the standard IEEJ review process.
Submission to IEEE TIA:
All papers actually presented in this conference may be eligible for review by IEEE-Industry Applications Society for possible publication in IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications or IEEE Industry Applications Magazine. Further information on IEEE-IAS publications, and on the obligations of authors, can be found in the Information for Authors on the IAS web site, https://ias.ieee.org/publications.html.
Plagiarism
Make sure that your paper is substantially different from (your) previously published work. Manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism and multiple publication using IEEE CrossCheck Portal (https://crosscheck.ieee.org). Submitting authors will be checked have they been prohibited from publishing with any or all IEEE publications using The IEEE Prohibited Authors List (PAL) Database.
For the authors who received the result of the similarity score more than 31% in extended summary, please make sure to adjust it with 30% or less in final manuscript.
For the authors who received the result of the similarity score less than 31%, please keep the same level in final manuscript.
