About This Event

This event provides an opportunity for international exchange between students and young engineers. This event is an official part of IPEC2022 and is organized by PPEJ (Ph.D. candidates of Power Electronics in Japan). Let' s enjoy a short trip through poster/video presentations.

Daytime Meeting

Volunteer presenters will give a short video presentation (2-3 minutes) about the presenters‘ lab and tourist attractions around the university. After the video session, a discussion time with slides (3-6 slides) based on the video will be provided online & onsite for participants from all over the world to interact with each other.

Each session (3 presenters) will consist of a 10-minute video broadcast and a 20-minute poster presentation. After this session is repeated four times, you will vote for the best presentations.

Questionnaire results will also be presented at this session. The environment surrounding doctoral students around the world will be revealed!

Evening Meeting

Online & onsite event for a more free conversation with a light meal. Review of daytime event presentations and award giveaway for excellent presenters.
Local sake and other beverages will be available.
