Notes
- Every conference paper requires at least one Regular conference registration or one Regular Student conference registration. In cases that one author has multiple conference papers, one regular registration is needed.
- The author of conference paper MUST register before August 31st, 2015. If the registration for a conference paper has not been done by its deadline, the acceptance of the paper will be cancelled.
- A Regular Conference Registration Fee covers (i) conference proceedings and program book, (ii) access to all the conference sessions (iii) coffee breaks and lunch from October 15th - 17th, 2015, (iv) reception, (v) banquet, and (vi) excursion.
- A Student Conference Registration Fee covers everything as the Regular Conference Registration Fee.
- A Malaysian Regular Conference Registration Fee covers (i) conference proceedings and program book, (ii) access to all the conference sessions (iii) coffee breaks and lunch from October 15th - 17th, 2015, (iv) reception, and (v) banquet.
- A Malaysian Student Conference Registration Fee covers (i) conference proceedings and program book, (ii) access to all the conference sessions, and (iii) coffee breaks and lunch from October 15th - 17th, 2015.
- For an accompanying person or a Malaysian student who wants to participate the reception or the banquet, the reception and the banquet will cost 25 USD (80 MYR) and 30 USD (100 MYR), respectively.
- For each extra paper will cost 100 USD (350 MYR) for a conference paper.
- For the additional fees that include extra page(s), extra reception and extra banquet are payable during the conference period in CASH only. The CASH can be either USD currency or MYR currency. Please fill in the Additional Fees Form (DOC).
- For hotel reservation, we suggest you to stay at Holiday Inn Resort Penang, which is our conference venue. The hotel gives you a very special room rate. Please download the reservation form and follow the instructions.
- Cancellation should be made by September 15th, 2015 for 70% refund. It is not refundable after September 15th, 2015.
- Authors/participants need INVITATION LETTER or OTHER SUPPORT from the organization committee, please directly contact Ms. Maziani Sabudin at +6012 495 8894 or maziani@usm.my.

Hotel Reservation
For hotel reservation, we suggest you to stay at Holiday Inn Resort Penang, which is our conference venue. The hotel gives you a very special room rate. Please download the reservation form and send it to the hotel's reservation department (E-Mail: reservation.hipenang@ihg.com , FAX: +604 881 1568)
Transportation
The distance from Penang International Airport to Holiday Inn Resort Penang is about 30 km (or 60-minute drive).Taxi counter is located at the arrivals hall. The airport authorities apply a voucher system to safeguard foreign traveler from unscrupulous taxi cheats. The taxi fare depends on 7 different zones. Holiday Inn Resort Penang is grouped as Zone 7, which will cost 74 MYR. Please note that during the hours of 12am and 6am, a 50% surcharge for taxi fare.
Conference would offer a pick-up service to all the participants on 14th October 2015. If you need the pick up service, please fill in this Pick-up Service Form (DOC).
For participants who will join the excursion, conference would send you right after the excursion to Penang International Airport by 4 pm..
