Registration
Registrants are urged to register before April 30, 2010 to obtain the early-bird registration fee and asked to apply using the online registration.The deadline for online registration is June 7, 2010. Any registration forms received by our office after this date will not be processed until you arrive at IPEC-Sapporo 2010.
Please read the following policy thoroughly before proceeding to registration.

Both your registration and the payment must be confirmed at the Registration Office prior to deadline.

*Student Member registration is only applied to a student member of IEEJ, CES, KIPE, IEEE, or EPE.
**Retired Member registration is applicable to a retired person who still continues his/her membership at one of the above institutes.
***Accompanying persons are limited to the participants' family members only.
****Registration fees do not include the Banquet. Everyone needs to buy a banquet ticket to attend the Banquet.
Important Notice
- When you upload your final paper, you have to enter your conference registration number.
- One Regular Rate registration must be completed for each accepted paper, regardless of the author’s academic status or the number of other accepted papers.
- Students and Retired Members shall choose their Regular Rate depending on their member status when presenting as an author.
For example…
As the authors, Prof. Yamada and his three students (all IEEJ Member) had submitted three papers together, and all the three papers were accepted. He and three students are due to participate in this conference. In this case, the total registration fees to be paid will be:
@55,000 yen x 3 persons (for Prof. Yamada and two of the three students)
+ @20,000 yen x 1 person (for the other student).

After June 7, On-site Registration will be available at the registration desk during the period of IPEC2010. We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.
Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can only be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB).
Confirmation
Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk at the conference site to receive the conference materials. If you need an invoice for the payment,
please inquire to the Registration Office: ipec2010-reg@ics-inc.co.jp
Cancellation
If you cancel your participation in the conference, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. All refunds will be made after the conference. (We will make a deduction of bank transfer fee from the amount to be paid back.)
When written notice of cancellation received:
Until March 31, 2010 : 20% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
April 1, 2010 through May 31, 2010 : 50% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
From June 1, 2010 : 100% of the registration fee (No refund)
