IPEC-Hiroshima 2014

Authors of the accepted summary are required to submit a final manuscript not exceeding eight pages in length for publication in the USB Conference Proceedings together with the application for registration and the required fee.

To Submit the final manuscript, below items are required.
- IEEE PDF Specification for IEEE Xplore
- Completed Registration
- Submission Key
- IEEE Copyright Transfer Form
- IEEJ Copyright Transfer Form

Deadline of Final Manuscript: March 7, 2014  March 12, 2014

Template of the Manuscript

The templates of the IPEC-Hiroshima 2014 -ECCE ASIA- manuscript provide a detailed description of paper preparation. Please read it carefully and write the manuscript according to this guideline.

IEEE PDF Specification for IEEE Xplore

Once completing manuscript, authors must create a PDF according to the IEEE PDF Specification for IEEE Xplore.
All submissions MUST be IEEE Explore compliant and the only way to insure this is to use IEEE PDF Express.
Please go to the IEEE PDF Express site at http://www.pdf-express.org/log.asp.

You will need the Conference ID: < 32002X >

Only after completing this step, Authors can move on to the submission site and submit the paper.

Registration and Submission Key

One of the Authors for the final manuscript is needed to complete the registration.
In the option in the registration, the Submission Key can be issue in the case you request.
One Submission Key is required for each Manuscript submission.

Copyright Transfer Form

Authors are required to submit the two copyright transfer forms for IEEJ and IEEE.
IEEJ will own the copyright and the copyright form of IEEE which is submitted for IPEC-Hiroshima 2014 is valid only for IEEE Xplore.
(You can choose 1 of 2 ways to make PDF of IEEE Copyright Transfer Form.)

Manuscript Submission

On-line submission only. Neither fax nor e-mail submission will be accepted.

*In order to login to the manuscript submission page (site), below information is required to login.

2. E-mail address (which used in the Extended Summary Submission)
3. Password

Presentation

Accepted authors must present their papers either orally or as a poster. Several rooms will be reserved for both styles. Each speaker will have 20-30 minutes for oral presentation or 90 mins for a poster. The authors' instructions will include details for presentation styles.

Publication

The submitted Final Manuscript will be published in the USB Conference Proceedings, which will be distributed in the conference venue, and IEEE Xplore.

* If the Manuscript was not presented at the Conference, it will NOT be included in IEEE Xplore.
