We, CMD2022 organizing committee, use your personal information that include a corresponding person's and co-authors' personal information to provide you with our conference and publishing services or to contact with you. CMD2022 organizing committee collects the following personal data.
- Your name and contact details (such as physical address, email address, telephone number, Affiliation).
- Information about your paper and preference of presentation and participation styles.

We collect your personal information through our website, your contact, or on conference site. We outsource our submission and registration systems to Kinki Nippon Tourist Corporate Business Co., Ltd., and will outsource publishing systems to an appropriate company. We appropriately supervise the outsourcing companies.
We don't provide your personal information to any third party, with exception of the cases below:
(1) Cases based on laws and regulations.
(2) Cases in which we obtain your agreement.
(3) Cases in which there is a need to protect a human life, body or fortune, and when it is difficult to obtain your agreement.
