Since the 1st time at 1981, the
symposium is the biggest annual meeting in Japan on sensors, MEMS, and
related all regions giving the place for presenting the newest research
results and for gathering special information. The number of attendance is over 500. The main issues are sensors and their applications, actuators,
micro/nano-fabrication techniques, techniques for miniaturization,
integration, multi-functions, intelligent systems including related signal
processing. Selected speakers are invited form abroad. |
