Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit regular papers of their original works.
Papers must be written in English and should be
4 or 6 pages for regular and invited sessions (Oral) and
1, 2, 4, or 6 pages for Poster sessions including figures and tables.
Papers should follow the IEE Japan double-column format (A4 size).
All papers will go through the review process.
We strongly recommend to use standard templates for SAMCON2024 in LaTeX and MS Word format below.

Copyrights of all papers submitted to the technical meetings of the IEEJ shall be transferred to the IEEJ in principle. The authors are requested to submit the "Copyright transfer form" together with the paper manuscript at the same time. The authors should read and understand Copyrights clause 10 as described in "How to Prepare a Manuscript" page for the technical meetings of the IEEJ.
SAMCON2024 paper submission system is "EDAS“. Authors are requested to register as a user of EDAS and submit papers by EDAS. Please check below for an overview of how to create an account.
Final papers and copyright transfer forms must be submitted via IEEJ SAMCON2024 Paper Submission System (EDAS) before the deadline. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process.
