Paper submission

Important notice

Deadline of paper submission is extended to March 12th.

Templates both for manuscripts and for extended summaries are specialized for the 2014 symposium. They are directly sent to each corresponding author from the secretariat by e-mail. Submissions in other template styles are unacceptable.

Submission
Please send all the required electronic files converted in PDF format to iseim2014@freeml.com by e-mail. Please also add your paper number to the tile of the submission mail.

List of papers needed for each contribution:

Extended Summary

Page length: must be one page of A4 size sheet.

Style: A two-column format, as can be seen in the template.

Font: 'Times New Roman' of size 9 points is recommended for the main text. For Greek letters and symbols, the font 'symbol' should be used. Do not use any double-byte characters. The fonts you have used are strongly recommended to be embedded in the PDF file.

Extended Summaries are to be printed and published as a booklet, and also be included in a proceeding CD-ROM.



Manuscript

Page length: The organizing committee strongly recommends that the length of your manuscript should be four pages or less of A4 size sheet.

Style: A two-column format as can be seen in the template.You may include color figures and tables.

Font: The font 'Times New Roman' of size 10 points is recommended for the main text. For Greek letters and symbols, the font 'symbol' should be used. Do not use any double-byte characters. The fonts you have used are strongly recommended to be embedded in the PDF file.

The submitted manuscripts are to be published as a proceeding CD-ROM.



Copyright

Copyright of the paper would be transferred to IEEJ. The steering committee considers that the copyright transfer will be carried out when the paper is submitted to iseim2014@freeml.com. When transferring copyright, make sure to agree the points bellow.
Regarding the paper described in the document of the IEEJ technical meeting, all the author(s) have read and understand the Copyright and Publishing rights as described in "the Author's Guidelines for the Transactions of IEEJ", and agree to the following items.

Others

Submission of your papers does not imply that the full paper will be automatically accepted. The full paper will be the subject of a rigorous review by experts.

The submission will be completed after both the paper submission and the fee payment are confirmed.
