You may be invoiced at the reduced rates of a publishing fee in case of difficulty of payment, even if you are not a member of IEEJ.
Please fill in the following necessary items on the free-format application form when you submit your paper.
Candidates may receive the notification of adopting this plan in the beginning of fiscal year when your paper will be published.
