  1. Member registration and Non-member registration include proceedings, one regular paper presentation, one JIA-to-SAMCON paper presentation, and banquet.
    Note that the presenter of one JIA-to-SAMCON paper with one regular paper presentation needs only one registration.
  2. Student Member registration and Student Non-Member registration include proceedings, one regular paper presentation, and one JIA-to- SAMCON paper presentation (not including banquet).
    Note that the presenter of one JIA-to-SAMCON paper with one regular paper presentation needs only one registration.
  3. Member registration and Student Member registration fees are available for members and student members of Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ), The Robotics Society of Japan (RSJ), Society of Instrument and Control Engineers (SICE), and IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IEEE IES).
  4. Member and Student Member registration fee: tax free
  5. Non-member and Student Non-Member registration fee: tax included(10%)

Cancel Policy

Cancellation of the registration will be accepted on or before February 14th, 2024.
