The registration fee (full and student) covers:

  1. Full registration includes proceedings, one regular paper presentation, one JIA-to-SAMCON paper presentation, and demo session. Note that the presenter of one JIA-to-SAMCON paper with one regular paper presentation needs only one full registration.
  2. Each full registration is only valid for one paper. Any registration that applies for more than one paper will be regarded as an invalid registration.
  3. Member registration fee is available for members of Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ), members of IEEE Industrial Electronic Society (IES), members of Jiangsu Association of Automation (JSAA).
  4. The registration fee includes tax.
  5. Member and Non-member registration fee includes proceedings and Banquet fee.

Cancel Policy

Cancellation of the registration will be accepted on or before February 24th, 2023 (CST).
