Proceedings of SAMCON 2020
The date of issue: March 16th, 2020
Registered person can download the proceedings
from March 16th, 2020 to March 31st, 2020.
An e-mail that contains information for the download has been sent to each registered person.
IMPORTANT: the proceedings cannot be downloaded on and after April 1st, 2020.

Important Notice
We decided to cancel the conference this year owing to
the COVID-19 outbreak.
The policies are as follows.
・The proceedings will be open to participants around on 16th for a week.
We are also planning to register the papers for Scopus.
・The registration WITHOUT a paper contribution can be
canceled and refunded, while the proceedings are only
open to registered people.
・IMPORTANT: The cancellation is only available before the
proceedings are open.
Please make a cancellation BEFORE
March 9th in case you need to cancel the registration.
The questionnaire will be sent to the participants
WITHOUT a paper contribution on 28th February.
・Banquet coupon will be automatically refunded to the credit
card account in case someone have already bought the coupon.
・Since the banquet fee is included in the member/nonmenber
registration, ¥5,000, the same price with the banquet coupon
is refunded to the credit card account of the member/nonmember
registration.
The whole world is at a crucial moment in preventing the
escalation of mass infection. Although it was a hard decision
for us, it is very important to avoid large gathering. We want
to give top priority to safety by avoiding the social contacts
in transportation and airports. On the other hand, the papers
contributed by the authors still include cutting-edge
achievements and therefore, we will issue the proceedings online.
Call for Papers
The Industry Applications Society of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ) is pleased to announce that
the 6th IEEJ international workshop on Sensing, Actuation, Motion Control, and Optimization (SAMCON2020)
will be held at Shibaura Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan during March 14-16, 2020.
SAMCON2020 will provide a unique opportunity for engineers, researchers and academicians to discuss current developments and future prospects on sensing,
actuation, motion control, and optimization technology.
High quality selected papers will be considered for publication in a focused issue of the IEEJ Journal of Industry Applications.
