[Notes]
- The paper of which no presenter is registered by this deadline, will not be on the conference program, will not be allowed to give its presentation, and will not be published in the proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
- Registration fees are the same regardless of whether you participate online or onsite. This is because a special facility is needed fee for online participants.
- If you attend the welcome party, coffee break and the banquet with your accompanying person, JPY10,000 participation fee for the accompanying person is required.
- We need about 72 hours to issue the ID and PW to access the online conference materials. Therefore, online participants are encouraged to register earlier, no later than Nov. 7.
- On or around Nov. 7, the necessary information to log-in to the online conference including log-in ID, PW will be sent to your registered email address.
Change / Cancellation / Refund Policy
In the case of change and cancellation requests for registration, they should be submitted via email to the CMD2022 Registration Desk by email (CMD2022-regist@or.knt.co.jp).
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Mon. - Fri. 10:00-17:00 (JST = GMT+9]) except national holidays).
After working hours, cancellation will be made on the next working day, which may incur charges.
◯Change Policy for registration category
The change of registration category will be not accepted after completing the registration, because of the visa acquisition process and preparation for an online conference system.

Scope of application: Transportation suspension, network trouble, expired ID by overlooking an e-mail, VISA trouble including delayed VISA application documents, etc. are personal reasons.
