Technical Tours

The local organizing committee is preparing two technical tours.

All buses will depart from the conference venue, Kunibiki Messe, and arrive at the banquet hall, Matsue Vogel Park. From there, the buses will split up and follow the routes below:

1. Matsue Biomass Power Plant

1. Izumo Ooyashiro /Izumo Taisha (Izumo Grand Shrine)

Izumo Taisha is one of the oldest and most important shrines in Japan. When the first shrine was built in this area remains a mystery. The current shrine was built in 1744 and is designated as a national treasure.<Link>

2. Adachi Museum of Art
