The ISEIM is a participatory Conference, and you, or a coauthor, must present the paper at the Conference in order to ensure that the presented papers can be well discussed. The number of papers presented by one registrant who is NOT a student is limited to AT MOST THREE, and the number of papers presented by one registrant who is a student is limited to ONLY ONE.
Amount of the publication fee: The publication fee of 10,000 Japanese Yen per ONE munscript must be paid at the time of submission. The publication fee will be deducted from the registration fee. The publication fee is NOT refundable for any reasons.
This means followings:
if you submit one paper, we require you to pay the publication fee of 10,000 Japanese Yen, and at the time of registration, you are required to pay the registration fee of 25,000 JPY if you are a member of IEEJ, IEEE, CES or KIEEME, 30,000 of JPY if you are not a member of IEEJ, IEEE, CES or KIEEME, 5,000 JPY if you are a student registrant.
If you submit two papers, we require you to pay the publication fee of 20,000 Japanese Yen, and at the time of registration, you are required to pay the registration fee of 15,000 JPY if you are a member of IEEJ, IEEE, CES or KIEEME, 20,000 of JPY if you are not a member of IEEJ, IEEE, CES or KIEEME.
If you submit three papers, we require you to pay the publication fee of 30,000 Japanese Yen, and at the time of registration, you are required to pay the registration fee of 5,000 JPY if you are a member of IEEJ, IEEE, CES or KIEEME, 10,000 of JPY if you are not a member of IEEJ, IEEE, CES or KIEEME.
