Social program

The social programs will be held as follows in ISEIM2008.

Welcome party

will be held on Sept. 7th, 18:00 - 20:00 at the 4th hall. One drink and free dishes are included in the registration fee for one person. Additional drinks will be charged as a cash bar style.

Social hour (light meals and drinks)

will be held on Sept. 10th, 18:00 - 18:30 at the foyer. Fee for one person is included in the registration fee for one person.

Banquet

will be held on Sept. 8th, 19:00 - 21:00 at the Yokkaichi Miyako Hotel. Fee for one person is included in the registration fee for one person. Ninja show will be held in the banquet as a special attraction.

Technical tour

will be held on Sept. 9th, afternoon. Detail can be seen in this page.

Accompanying persons' tour

will be held on Sept. 10th. This tour takes all the accompanying persons to the Ise Jingu and Toba area. The Ise Jingu is one of the most famous and historical shrine in Japan. Its building has been renewed every 20 years. The Toba area is quite famous area by beautiful pearls and scenery. You can contact to the conference secretary to have its details. The fee is paid in cost-plus basis at the tour.

After conference tour

will be held on Sept. 11th, afternoon. This tour takes you to Iga-Ueno city, where is the home town of the Ninja. In this tour, you may have an experience to be a Ninja, and you can visit a Japanese castle, Iga castle, and Iga Ninja Yashiki that is some demonstrative house of the life, tactics, and history of the Ninja. The attendance fee for the after conference tour is 3000 Japanese yen per one attendee. The attendance fee for the after conference tour is paid through the web registration together with registration fee payment.
