Your manuscript must be prpared as a PDF and electrically submitted by the submission system. The length of your manuscript must be 4 pages or less. The regular paper more than 4 pages cannot be accepted. You may not put any page numbers on your PDF manuscript.
Your abstract will be published by the abstract booklet and will be distributed on the registration desk. However, if you do not submit your manuscript, your abstract will be removed from the abstract booklet and your presentation will lack from the technical program of ISEIM2008, which means that you may not be able to give your presentation at ISEIM2008.
The conference proceedings are published as a CD-ROM only. Thus, you may include color figures and tables.
As for the copyright, the copyright holder of the proceedings of ISEIM2008 is The Institute of Electrical Engineers in Japan (IEEJ), so you have to send the filled and signed copyright transfer form to the conference secretary by postal mail. The address is shown in the following PDF.
