Abstract submission

The sterring committee of ISEIM2008 requires you to submit abstract made of PDF which includes some figures, tables, equations and so on. The length of the abstract is 1 page of A4 size sheet. You may download its format of Microsoft Word 2000 version from here.

All the abstracts are converted to PDF and should be sent to the conference secretariat (mailto:ISEIM2008@freeml.com) by e-mail for abstract submission with some information shown below;

1. The name of corresponding author.
2. Postal mail address of corresponding author.
3. Phone and Fax numbers of corresponding author.
4. E-mail address of corresponding author.
5. Preferable presentation theme (write the correspoinding number(s) of preferable theme shown in the Call for Papers.)
6. Preferable presentation method (Oral session or poster session, possibility in changing by requests from the program committee.)
7. The age of the corresponding (presenting) author, if he or she wants to present his / her presentation at the poster session and is under 35 years old as of the end of August, 2008. (This is for nomination of the MVP session.

After abstract submission, you will receive an e-mail for the receipt your abstract and abstract receipt number which is important number to identify your abstract submission easier.

Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee of ISEIM2008 and the acceptance notification will be sent you on middle March, 2008. Then, you may be required to prepare your manuscript, which will be submitted until the end of May, 2008. The corresponding authors of the accepted abstracts will be received the acceptance notification with the manuscript format and maybe some important documents.

The accepted abstracts are to be printed and published as a booklet and to be handed to all the registrant at the conference registration. The submitted manuscripts are to be published as a proceeding CD-ROM in order to include newer results in the conference proceedings.
