| Guideline for English Proofreading of IEEJ Journal of Industry Applications |
|
You can ask for English proofreading at your own expense after receiving the Acceptance Letter from IEEJ. Please apply according to the following procedure if necessary.

Please download "Application Form for English Proofreading" and fill out it. |

Please e-mail the data (MS-Word file) of your paper and "Application
Form for English Proofreading" to IEEJ Office (E-mail: d-check(at)iee.or.jp (at)>@). Please note that you cannot apply for English proofreading
of your accepted paper without IEEJ. |

You can apply the whole or the part text of your paper. Please send the data that you need to proofread. |

| 3. |
You receive the quote from Editage (Cactus Communications Pvt. Ltd.) asked proofreading by IEEJ. Editage will start the proofreading after you accept the quote. |

| 4. |
Editage sends you the edited file and invoice. Please pay the fee to Editage. |
|
| 5. |
Please submit the final manuscript reflected the result of English proofreading until the deadline via IEEJ Paper Management System (https://submit.iee.or.jp/main/cgi/sstk-top.cgi) |

IEEJ asks English proofreading for your abstract to Cactus Communications
Pvt. Ltd..The fee of proofreading for your abstract will be paid by IEEJ
and you will receive the result within 7 days. Please note that you should
apply the proofreading excluding abstract. |

If you don't need English proofreading for your body text, please submit the final manuscript until the deadline via IEEJ Paper Management System (https://submit.iee.or.jp/main/cgi/sstk-top.cgi) after you receive the result of proofreading for your abstract. |
